Role of a Client Service Centre Analyst

Over the years, we’ve doubled our client base with the help of our client service centres. That’s good news for potential, sales-minded employees who want to join our team. To continue providing an unmatched level of service, we’ve expanded our existing offices and opened new ones, significantly increasing the size of our team of analysts.

Your role

As a Client Services Analyst, you will help our clients find insurance solutions that meet their needs and take a lead in building the company’s sales. You’ll have a great deal of variety and complexity in your work because every client call is unique. But not to worry, we provide some of the best training programs in the industry and coaching to refine your skills.

The best CSC analysts:

  • Listen to clients, understand their needs and provide them with ample information on home and auto insurance solutions, enabling them to make well-informed decisions.
  • Are sales-oriented and respond swiftly to client inquiries and all client concerns; you want to show you care.
  • Clearly explain product features and enhancements and recommend the right coverage; you want to make life simpler for your clients.
  • Present clients with alternatives that include new and/or improved insurance coverage based on their current needs.
  • Develop business opportunities that are in line with the company's growth expectations; the sales aspect of your job is very important.
  • Consistently meet or exceed team and individual objectives related to client satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
  • Underwrite policies that are accurate and complete and ensure a high quality standard; this may require the involvement of a Team Leader.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
  • Work closely with other team members as part of a cohesive group.
  • Use technology as a means to ensure personal growth and productivity.

If you do not already have a General Insurance license, you must be willing to obtain one by passing the provincial examination. This position involves selling; therefore, previous sales experience will contribute to your overall success.
