Role of a Claims Analyst

Every year, our Claims Service team successfully handles nearly 150,000 claims.

As a Claims Analyst in one of our service centres, you will gather data to open new claims files and guide people through the claims process, which is frequently a very stressful experience for clients. This is a position that requires good listening skills and an ability to put people at ease. Your goal is to provide top quality service, while ensuring cost control and remaining true to our company’s values.

Position requirements

  • A valid Claims Analyst license may be required in certain provinces - contact us for more details. Trainee classes are available for certain positions where the license is not a pre-requisite.
  • Experience and/or education in a health-related field is a valuable asset for some of our roles. If you are not sure if you have the right background, we invite you to apply and let us evaluate your resumé.
  • You are a skillful negotiator with strong sales skills.
  • Bilingualism is an asset, and the ability to serve our clients in French and English is required in Quebec.
  • You enjoy responsibility and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

  • You have a strong sense of initiative and well-honed people skills.
  • You are at ease with technology.
